Audience:  All Employees

Session Description:  Emotions are powerful; they influence how you interact with people, how you deal with challenges, and how you spend your time.  This workshop identifies skills used to gain control over emotions and responses that will help cultivate workplace respect.  Participants will examine the story behind what triggers strong, sometimes disproportionate response; identify primary/secondary anger; and explore respectful responses when interacting with co-workers.
