Session Description: This session focuses on building an aptitude amongst interviewers at the university and equipping leaders on best practices during the interview process. Participants will learn how to select relevant competency-based interview questions and how to drill down on an experience in order to consistently assess an applicant.
Session Objectives: As a result of this session, participants will:
- Identify and apply the best practices associated with preparing for, conducting and evaluating structured interviews.
- Define the right competencies for screening, selection, and development according to position level.
- Practice structured interview question guides.
