GROW 2000 Summer Workshop

The first large activity of the Women on the Prairie project was a science enhancement workshop for 6th-8th grade girls.
Girls Researching Our World (GROW) was held on the KSU campus June 7-8, 2000.

This workshop featured a variety of presentations and hands-on activities organized and run by KSU faculty and students, as well as partners from the Kaw Valley Girl Scout Council, Haskell Indian Nations University, and Wonder Workshop of Manhattan.
