Appendix G, Section 4,d of the K-State University Handbook states that the chairperson shall send copies of the panel’s report to the president of the University, both parties, and the president of faculty senate. “The President of the University shall respond to the recommendations of the GGB within 10 work days of receiving the report. Copies of the response and notification of subsequent actions taken should be sent to the chairperson of the GGB, the parties of the grievance, and the president of faculty senate.“
