Kansas Mission of Mercy looks for volunteers

The following information comes from Amy Mason, K-State graduate and sorority alumna.
Greetings, my name is Amy M. Mason and I am assisting with the Kansas Mission of Mercy. The Kansas Mission of Mercy (KMOM) project is an oral health initiative where volunteer dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and community volunteers provide free dental care to the public. I am the parking coordinator for KMOM. It is my job to find volunteers to help with parking during the event. As a past member of the Kansas State University Greek Community, I am asking if it would be possible to forward my request to current chapter houses asking for volunteers.

The website is:
http://www.kdheks.gov/ohi/kmom.html

I need 6 volunteers for each of the following times:

Friday, February 20, 2009 3:30 am to 9 am
Saturday, February 21, 2009 3:30 am to 9 am

Gamma Rho Lambda women head to the Out & Greek Leadership Conference

Gamma Rho Lambda and Delta Lambda Phi has shared exciting news…

Both Delta Lambda Phi and Gamma Rho Lambda are sending two members to the Lambda 10 Project's Out & Greek Leadership Conference in Chicago, IL at DePaul University, November 13 – 16. Gamma Rho Lambda was sponsored and funded by their national organization and the Mary Kay Siefers LGBT Leadership Fund.
