Advisory: “Women of State” Calendar
The following message comes from Macy Wendler, Panhellenic Council President. Macy may be reached at macyw@k-state.edu.
Recently the Greek Affairs office was contacted by a company wishing to have the contact list for chapter presidents. I believe they wanted to speak to chapters about finding women for a swimsuit edition of a "Women of State" calendar. As a Panhellenic Council we encourage you not to have this company come speak to your chapter-this calendar does not represent our community or the values we believe in.
Relations with Riley County Police Department
The following message comes from Macy Wendler, Panhellenic Council President. Macy may be reached at macyw@k-state.edu.
I have been in contact with the Riley County Police Department about safety concerns within our community. We discussed topics ranging from liability of chapter leaders to sexual assault. One of the officers would like to have the chance to speak with all chapters on safe practices for women-particularly on how to keep each other safe. If you are interested in hosting this officer please contact me and I will get her contact information for you. I think this would be a great for a chapter meeting-our community needs to remember to keep an eye out for each other.

. . . There's something many women do every day that damages their self esteem and body image?
Start reversing the trend for yourself and the women you love.
This week is Fat Talk Free Week, a national body activism week that coincides with the official launch of Reflections. Reflections is a groundbreaking body image awareness and eating disorder prevention program for college women, co-developed by Tri Delta and Dr. Carolyn Becker.
