President Wefald to address Greek Community Leaders

The Interfraternity and Panhellenic Council's are excited that University President Jon Wefald will address the Greek community on the topic of "Utilizing Your Leadership to Create Positive Change." This unique opportunity will take place on November 6th from 2:00 - 3:00 pm. Please inform your chapter members of this event and encourage them to attend as this might be the last time to hear President Wefald address a group of students at Kansas State. Each chapter will be expected to have at least 2 members in attendance as we will be taking role call.

Transition Workshop on November 6th

Fall Roundtables are out and a new, more beneficial transition workshop is in! Chapter officer teams are encouraged to come join us from 6:30 - 7:30 at the Alumni Center on Thursday, November 6th. This will be a great time to reflect on the past year/semester and set a direction for the future. Don't miss out!

FuturesQuest Opportunity

Don't forget to register some of your new members for the unique FuturesQuest opportunity!
Leave your legacy by sending one of your new members to FuturesQuest, a Greek Leadership Development conference during Winter Break. Hard copies of the programs description were distributed at the President's Council meeting this evening but more information can be found online at www.nicindy.org/programs/futures_quest/

A great opportunity because the conference is held in the winter as opposed to the summer, many national organizations also provide scholarships that aid in funding members to attend this conference.

New Member Council Applications out soon!

Marshall Van Tuyl, IFC Vice President and advisor to the New Member Council, announced at the last meeting that New Member Council applications for the 2009 year will be out soon.
