Job Opening - Assistant Director of Greek Affairs. K-State is currently seeking an individual for the Assistant Director of Greek Affairs. This person will serve as a front-line, primary resource for the Panhellenic and Interfraternity Councils. The K-State fraternity and sorority community consists of more than 3,400 students (approximately 19 percent of the undergraduate student population) who are members of the 26 National NIC fraternities, 12 NPC and one national sorority who is an affiliate member of the Panhellenic Council. The Assistant Director will work with students to develop, implement, and assess various policies and programs. The position will support and encourage the development of leadership skills, increased social awareness and responsibility, community service, and academic achievement for students involved in fraternities and sororities. Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in advising students and their organizations, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, superior organizational abilities, and strong working knowledge of issues relative to Greek letter organizations.
