Update chapter officers roster

To update the chapter’s primary chapter advisor.

  1. Log in to ICS by clicking Chapter, then entering your chapter’s username and password.
  2. Under the “Chapter” folder on the left hand navigation bar, click on the “Membership Management” folder. Click then, on the “Chapter Information” folder.
  3. Click on the “Advisor” tab.
  4. Record, completely, the advisor’s information, then click the save button.

To update the chapter’s house corporation president/chair.

  1. Log in to ICS by clicking Chapter, then entering your chapter’s username and password.
  2. Under the “Chapter” folder on the left hand navigation bar, click on the “Membership Management” folder. Click then, on the “Chapter Information” folder.
  3. Click on the “House” tab.
  4. Record, completely, the advisor’s information, then click the save button.

To update the chapter’s national organization contact person.

  1. Log in to ICS by clicking Chapter, then entering your chapter’s username and password.
  2. Under the “Chapter” folder on the left hand navigation bar, click on the “Membership Management” folder. Click then, on the “Chapter Information” folder.
  3. Click on the “National” tab.
  4. Record, completely, the advisor’s information, then click the save button.

To update the chapter officers.

  1. Log in to ICS by clicking Chapter, then entering your chapter’s username and password.
  2. Under the “Chapter” folder on the left hand navigation bar, click on the “Membership Management” folder. Click then, on the “Member Information” folder.
  3. Click “View” to the left of the name of the member you would like to record as an officer.
  4. Under the “General” tab, fill out completely, the member’s information. A member number is the only field which is not necessary. Click the save button.
  5. Click then the “Chapter Offices” tab. Select the office held, from date (date the officer will begin term), end date (date the officer will end term). The office will only remain active for the dates noted. Check the “active” box. All fields must be filled in completely. Click the add button. The office will appear under the blank fields.
  6. Click the save button.

To record a Panhellenic/IFC officer.

  1. Log in to ICS by clicking Chapter, then entering your chapter’s username and password.
  2. Under the “Chapter” folder on the left hand navigation bar, click on the “Membership Management” folder. Click then, on the “Member Information” folder.
  3. Click “View” to the left of the name of the member you would like to record as an officer.
  4. Under the “General” tab, completely, the member’s information. A member number is the only field which is not necessary. Click the save button.
  5. Click then the “Panhellenic Offices” tab. Select the office held, from date (date the officer will begin term), end date (date the officer will end term). The office will only remain active for the dates noted. Check the “active” box. All fields must be filled in completely. Click the add button. The office will appear under the blank fields.
  6. Click the save button.
