Recruitment Guides
Recruitment guides are sorority women who have deaffiliated for the week of recruitment (meaning they are unable and unwilling to share which chapter they belong to) and are committed to showing participants through the recruitment process. These women are current sorority members who will live with participants in the residence halls during the week and will be able to answer questions and help manage concerns that may arise.
Recruitment guides deaffiliate so they can better counsel participants through the recruitment program. It is disrespectful to attempt to uncover the affiliation of a recruitment guide.
