Fraternal Relevance Accreditation
schedule for annual review and recognition
Mid-October
Chapters will receive the Accreditation and Minimum Expectations program guide and accreditation proposal forms.
November and December
Chapters develop their Accreditation and Minimum Expectations Proposal. November 3rd, 2009 Greek Affairs is hosting an Accrediation Workshop from 4-8 p.m. to assist chapters with their accrediation proposals.
December 4th, 2009
Chapter Accreditation and Minimum Expectations proposals must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. email to bcutler@ksu.edu.
Winter break
Relevance judges review proposals and report their scores & feedback to the accreditation committee.
January 11-12, 2010
Chapters will recieve feedback from the relevance judges at the Greek Leadership Retreat. Chapter Presidents will be trained to develop chapter action plans.
Mid to late January
The accreditation committee meets to review the scores given by the relevance judges and scores chapters based on their review. (Chapters will be reviewed in order from least relevant to clearly relevant according the previous year’s scores).
February 1 to 15
Chapters develop their plans to build relevance and submit them to the accreditation committee for approval.
Mid to late February
Plans to build relevance are approved by the accreditation committee, and chapters begin implementing the plans.
March through December
Chapters receive periodic check-ins from the accreditation committee.
