Leadership Opportunities
There are various ways to get involved with Graduate Student Council. Every council member is encouraged to serve on a committee, including the Allocations Committee, GRA/GTA/GA Affairs Committee, International Affairs Committee, Research Forum Planning Committee, and Ice Cream Social Planning Committee. Members also publicize GSC events and help maintain the website. Council officers are elected during the spring semester. Officers include the president, president-elect, secretary, and treasurer. All graduate students are encouraged to participate in the council activities. Memberships in the standing committees are open to all graduate students.
