We are pleased you have chosen Kansas State University for your graduate study. We hope the time and effort you expend in pursuit of an advanced degree will prove beneficial to you and to Kansas State.
To assist you in making a smooth transition to Manhattan and the University community, we are providing this "virtual orientation." We encourage you to complete it as soon as possible, and well before you arrive on campus. Herein you will find the answer to many questions you may have, and the orientation is designed to help you anticipate all the necessary preparations for moving to Manhattan and beginning your graduate career with less anxiety and concern.
Your primary source of support and information after you arrive will be within your graduate program -- from your graduate program director, your advisor, graduate faculty members and other graduate students. The Graduate School is available to assist you at any time throughout your graduate education at K-State.
If you have questions after you have completed this "orientation," please let us know. It will help us provide answers for you and include the information to help other new students.
