Graduate Student Orientation. The Graduate School will again sponsor an orientation program for all new graduate students. The orientation will be on Tuesday, January 12 from 1:00 to 5:00 pm in room 212 at the K-State Student Union. Please register your attendance no later than January 7 at https://www.ksu.edu/grad/forms/sec/orients.html.

Orientation for Specific Programs. Many K-State graduate programs have orientation sessions for their new graduate students, particularly those involved with teaching and research responsibilities. You should contact your program before arrival on campus about any required meetings or orientation sessions.

International Student Orientation. The International Student Orientation will be held on January 7 and 8. New international students must attend this meeting. Please refer to the information above for other important dates relevant to new international graduate students. More information will be available after your arrival or on the website for the International Student and Scholar Services at http://www.k-state.edu/isss/.

English Language Testing. English proficiency tests will be held on January 6, 11, and 12. Pre-registration is required. Please refer to the information above for times and locations, or visit the website for the English Language Program at http://www.ksu.edu/elp/.
