Sequester Your ETDR

Request to Sequester An ETDR or Report ETDR
See the Sequestration section of the Graduate Handbook.

Submit Your ETDR

Sequester Instructions

Prepare to Submit

Step 1: Deliver Final Examination Ballot to Graduate School
Step 2: Convert your completed ETDR to PDF format
Step 3: Deliver your ETDR Ballot to Graduate School
Step 4: Deliver Survey of Earned Doctorate to Grad School
             (doctor students only)

Submit:

Step 5: Register in K-State Research Exchange (K-REx)
Step 6: Submit your ETDR to K-Rex
Step 7: Wait for confirmation your ETDR has been accepted
Step 8: Submit to UMI/ProQuest (doctoral students only)

Follow-up

Step 9: Pay appropriate fees
Step 10: Complete the ETDR Survey
Step 11: Complete the Exit Survey
Step 12: Update Information for Alumni Association
