Copying/Pasting - Word for Mac 2008When copying text from an existing Word document and pasting it into the template, be sure not to include the formatting from the source document. There are two ways to do this: Option 1: Paste
Option 2: Paste Special
With both techniques, you may need to adjust a style after pasting. For example, if all the text you pasted was in “Normal” style, you may want to change chapter subheadings to style “Heading 2.” See the Tables and Spreadsheets section for details on copying/pasting from Excel. |
