Download and open the ETDR template - Word for Mac 2004

To download the template:

1. Go to the Templates webpage (http://www.k-state.edu/grad/etdr/template).
2. Click the link for Masters theses/reports or Doctoral dissertations.
3. Make sure the button to Save File is selected. Click OK.
4. Specify a filename and where you want to save the file. Be sure Word Document is selected in the Save As menu. Click OK.

To begin using the template:

1. Start Microsoft Word.
2. Open the file you saved in the previous steps.
3. When you save the file, you may want to rename it (for example, AnnSmith.doc).
