Module Turn-In Information
Following presentation of your module in the classroom, please edit/revise it and then submit it for inclusion on our website.
The Word file (link below) is the template for the “cover sheet” that goes with the module.
Please use this Word file to fill in info about the module as a whole and then each activity (you can copy the activity questions if you have more activities in your module).
You DO NOT need to worry about formatting or consistent naming of files, etc. Just send it to Kelly and she’ll take care of it.
NOTE - When filling out the template, please be fairly specific on the “Science content covered” question. “Molarity” is much better description for people looking for a lesson to use than “Chemistry”
After filling out the Word “cover sheet,” please send that cover sheet file and any files (presentations, worksheets, handouts, etc.) pertaining to the module to Kelly.
