Welcome to K-State Gene Expression Facility
The Gene Expression Facility of Kansas State University was established in the fall of 2003 and is housed in rooms 4407/4409/4411 of Throckmorton Plant Sciences Center. The overall goal of the facility is to provide services campus-wide and externally, for high-throughput gene expression experiments. Currently we provide services on RNA quantity and RNA quality control, Affymetrix chip processing, spotted microarray chip fabrication, and microarray data analysis. We also provide assistance in spotted cDNA/oligo microarray chip processing, and real-time PCR experiment design, setup and data analysis.
Citing the facility in your publication is greatly appreciated. Template for citation can be: "... was performed in Gene Expression Facility at Kansas State University. The facility is supported through the National Science Foundation grant, DBI-0421427."
