Our Gardens. Our Home.

You will find specialty gardens and plant collections that are woven together to create The Gardens at Kansas State University.

Conservatory Garden

Conservatory Garden

Collections include daylilies, iris, roses, and peonies. The daylily, iris, and peony collections are located in the Conservatory Garden, which is part of Phase II, north of the historic Conservatory. The rose collection is located directly east of the Conservatory.

Specialty Garden

Visitor Center Garden

Three specialty gardens are located in the Visitor Center Garden south of the historic Conservatory and west of the Visitor Center. These gardens are the Cottage, Butterfly and Native/Adaptive Plant Gardens.
