Business Meeting Minutes

August 21, 2003

-The meeting is called to order.

-The activities fair will take place next Thursday (8/28) from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Setup will be at 5:30 PM. Table location has yet to be determined.

-A t-shirt raffle will take place during the meeting following the activities fair. Tickets will be sold at the table for fifty cents each. Those who purchase a ticket must be present at the meeting in order to win a t-shirt. The meeting will take place on the same night, at 8:00 PM, in room 207 at the union.

-A presentation will be given during the meeting in which an introduction of IF and the members of our organization will take place for visitors. We would like to emphasize that it is important to have as many members present as possible for the presentation. A larger number of members participating in events will allow our organization to gain a greater potential for future growth.

-This Monday (8/25) we will be posting flyers at various locations on campus. We will meet at the coffee shop in the union and begin posting at 6:00 PM.

-The meeting is closed.
