Business Meeting Minutes

1) The meeting is called to order by Sara Hupp

2) The IF Campout is discussed

    a) it will be help at Pott. Lake #2 on Friday, May 16, 2003, at 6:30 PM.  Directions will be posted on the listserv

    b) all are encouraged to attend

    c) at least three tents will be needed to secure the site

    d) alcohol is allowed at Pott 2

    e) Some people will be camping out, but there will be a cook-out first and all are invited to attend.

    f) this is a BYOB and food event

3) This is the last meeting of the 2002/2003 school year.

    a) arrangements for the first meeting of the 2003/2004 school year will be discussed over the listserv and via e-mail

4) The meeting is brought to a close.
