Business Meeting Minutes

1) The meeting is called to order by Sara Hupp, as Tom Clarke is absent

2) Erika announces that Nick Endicott informed her that the campus registration form for IF is due on April 20th

    a) The organization advisor (Bruce Glymour) must be contacted before the 21st.

    b) the registration form for IF is properly filled out and completed

3) No one has been nominated for the position of Publicity Officer.

4) The following members are elected as officers of IF

    a) Sara Hupp-President

    b) Ben Simmons-Vice President

    c) Holly Barbare-Treasurer

    d) Sarah White-Graphics Designer

    e) Erika Shearer-Events Coordinator

    f) Leland Turner-Secretary

5) Erika Shearer presents an Easter related speech, Origins of Easter.

6) There will be a free thought, free speech meeting next week on 4-24-03. It will be held in Union room 207, at 7:00 PM.
