Business Meeting Minutes

April 10, 2003

1) The meeting is called to order.

2) Officer elections for this year will be held during the general meeting next week. Union room 207, at 7:00 PM.

    a) If any members wish to be nominated for an elected position, please submit your full name and the desired position by Tuesday, April

        14th to Tom Clarke

    b) The following members have already been nominated

        i) Sara Hupp-President

        ii) Holly Barbare-Treasurer

        iii) Sarah White-Graphics Designer

        iv) Erika Shearer-Events Coordinator

        v) Leland Turner-Secretary

        vi) Ben Simmons-Vice President.

    c) Tom Clarke will not be available to serve as an officer after the current semester reaches a close, as he will be relocating to Norway.

    d) The position of Publicity Officer is currently unfilled

3) Upcoming events

    a) May 16th will be the target date for the proposed cookout.

    b) An Easter related event will take place during the general meeting held next week. The presentation is entitled "Origins of Easter."

4) Tom closes the meeting.
