General Meeting Minutes

Meeting Duration = 90 minutes

1) Intro

   a) Paul showed a quick video clip from Dead Poet's Society.

2) T-Shirts

   a) The orange, smiley-face shirts are ready to go to the presses.

   b) Paul passed around a sign-up sheet for those interested in buying a shirt.

   c) The new shirts are $15, and if you buy one, you can get a deal on a blue shirt (from last year) for $10.

3) Paul announced that Ross resigned over the break.

   a) We discussed having an interim Events Coordinator until the next election in March.

   b) At this time, we are unsure how Religiously Incorrect will be affected.

4) Video Time

   a) IF members voted on which video they wanted to see. Choices were:

      i) the IF video for the CFA contest (edited version)

      ii) 2 episodes of Politically Incorrect (one with Michael Shermer and one with Micah White)

      iii) The Search for Jesus w/ Peter Jennings

      iv) a documentary about school prayer

      v) a Frontline documentary - "From Jesus to Christ"

   b) Politically Incorrect got the most votes, but the Shermer episode didn't work. We watched the IF video in its place.
