Cost
$400.00 - Regular Registration (Deadline June

For your money you get all your meals, room, materials you might need for your event, and a KFI t-shirt. That's it, no hidden cost or fees. It is the best value in the entire state of Kansas. We will save you money and provide the best instruction available. This cost is for coaches and students.

KFI Quick hits
Is KFI a forensics only camp?
- Yes it is. We will help the forensics students of the state to research,
write, cut and prepare at least one great event for the upcoming forensics
season.
Are there Scholarships
available for campers?
- Yes there are. If you are a student in need of assistance to
come to camp, we can help out on a limited basis. We currently have two
1/2 scholarships. Meaning, if you are student wanting to attend camp and
meet the criteria we have established for need based assistance, we will help
pay for half of the full camp fee.
Who can come to K-State
Forensics Institute?
- Any High school forensics student or coach who wants to work
toward a better forensics season.
What can coaches get out of
camp?
- Coaches, of any level, come to camp to brush up on their skills and
receive a packet of literature and speech ideas to take back to their school and
students.
What will campers accomplish at
KFI?
- Campers will complete at least one full event before leaving KFI.
What resources will campers
have at KFI?
- You will have full access to Hale Library, Nichols Hall
Computer lab, and wireless internet, not to mention the KSU Union and campus.
Where will campers stay while
on campus?
- KFI campers will stay in Ford Hall on a dedicated floor just for
KFI. Campers will eat at the dorms and have one cook-out during their
stay.
What other perks does KFI
offer?
- In addition to room and board for the week, campers will get all
their materials paid for, a t-shirt, and top-notch instruction from some of the
best forensics coaches in the nation.
