Shellenberger Hall
This building was erected to replace the Milling Department destroyed by a disastrous fire in 1957. The efforts of this department include improving the milling and baking quality of wheat. Shellenberger Hall is home to the Department of Grain Science and Industry as well as the International Grains Program.
