Kedzie Hall
Kedzie Hall became the first building in the United States designed primarily for home economics when it was built in 1899. The art department resided on the second floor, domestic science on the first floor, and a cafeteria in the basement. At present, the A.Q. Miller School of Journalism and Mass Communications.
