One of the objectives of Space Management is to utilize existing university space as effectively as possible in order to support desired growth on campus. Additional space needs should be addressed first within a department or college's current allocation.
A space request form should be submitted to the department of Space Management when space in addition to the current department allotment is required. All requests will be reviewed by the Assistant Director of Space Management and then directed to the Space Advisory Committee for final review and comments.
Directions are provided on the Space Request (pdf) form as to the information to include with your space request. All submissions require the signature of an appropriate dean, vice president, or vice provost before they will be considered.
