The Division of Facilities believes that employees and their employer always benefit from a mutually rewarding work environment. There are those occasions though, that we find people have differences of opinion and need another person with whom they can visit to help find solutions or even to simply vent. The Division of Facilities' representative working with employees and other folks around campus on employee-related issues is Sandra Hoffman, 2-1715. Her office is in Dykstra Hall. She has an open-door policy and welcomes employees to stop by when the need arises. It is also helpful to set appointments where that works, as she also conducts training for the department and is out of the office at times.

Sometimes, employees just need to know where to look for resources and where to get information. Please feel free to use us a first resource. We welcome your visit and hope we can be of help.

The University Employee Relations Office also works to resolve employee concerns and can be contacted at 532-6818, and is especially helpful if department resolution is not satisfactory.
