This shop was established in 1991, and is responsible for Operation and Maintenance programs for Asbestos Containing Material for the campus. They monitor, repair, and when necessary, remove asbestos to assist other shops and departments.

This shop employs three full time employees and three student employees. The student workers in this shop are responsible for keeping nearly four miles of utility tunnels in good order and well lit.
