Dr. Edward Rice, Associate Vice President, utilizes his six Directors to help him manage the Division of Facilities, including Facilities at the Salina campus. He spends a lot of time in meetings with the campus community since he is a member of several committees. He also meets regularly with the City of Manhattan. Kansas State University is a very much like a city itself. We face the constant challenges of inadequate budgets and keeping up with change and the day-to-day business.
