Administration and Financial Services

Primary responsibilities are to oversee the human resources/payroll function
of the Division. Additional responsibilities include:
- Financial Services - accounting support for the Division and the Storeroom
- Special Services - key control, room scheduling, and special event coordination
- Mail Services - USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Campus mail plus the contract post office
- Motor Pool - daily rental fleet for KSU
- Vehicle Maintenance - maintenance and repair for KSU and State of Kansas Central
Motor Pool fleet vehicles
