Business-related university mail destined for delivery to state offices in Topeka, Kansas is treated as "interdepartmental mail" by K-State's Central Mail Service (CMS). No postage is necessary!!! Tuesday through Friday of each week, CMS delivers this mail to State Central Mail in Topeka where it is sorted and delivered to the individual state offices. State Central Mail in Topeka delivers to the following list of departments and addresses. Campus mail addressed to departments not shown on this list will be returned to the originating department for preparation as metered mail.
K-State - Salina sends a courier to K-State on Mondays and Thursdays to pick up mail and packages being sent to the Salina campus. The courier stops at Central Mail Services at 8:00 a.m. on these two mornings and then stops at other locations such as the K-State Student Union, Anderson Hall or K-State Print Services before proceeding back to Salina.
