Mail destined for delivery to state offices in Topeka is treated as "interdepartmental mail" by K-State's Central Mail Services. That means no postage is necessary! It is delivered to State Central Mail in Topeka where it is sorted and delivered to the individual state offices. All you have to do to take advantage of this service is:
KSU mail taken to State Central Mail on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will be delivered on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday respectively. Friday and Monday mail will be delivered on Tuesday.

Campus mail addressed to departments not shown on this list will be returned to the proper department for preparation as metered mail. Central Mail Services transports this mail to Topeka at 1:00 p.m. each day.
