Meeting Minutes from Tuesday, November 8th, 2005

- Next Tuesday the meeting will be in the North Dining Room so we can watch the Wal-Mart video. More info at www.walmartmovie.com

- Kevin Danaher info:

-Flyers are made and were passed out during the meeting; they will be posted around campus, so look out

-Tabling will be next Mon- Thurs, I will send out a separate e-mail for those who signed up and when

- Please promote Kevin being here, talk to your classes if possible and send out the press release to those that would be interested

-There will be a few ads in the Collegian

-Chalking will also be done Wednesday night… more info later

-Dinner on Thursday will be at 5pm at Little Apple Brewery; we will meet at the Union and carpool over. Officers please wear nice clothes and members the same or our t-shirt.

- Rylan will have a get together at his house after the speech, so we can hang out with Kevin and talk to him more.

- Becky contacted the KU environment group and they responded so hopefully we will keep in touch with them

- America Recycles Day is next Tuesday and the people that are sponsoring it are Ford and Waste Management, which is rather odd.

-Wakarusa party will be Friday November 18th at Rylan's, this will include a slide show by Dustin and some beverages. There will also be a meeting of sorts talking about what worked and what didn't; this will begin at 7pm.

-T-shirts will be sold next week during tabling, if you want to pick up your shirt just come on by. Nick should be picking them up this week and dropping them off here.
