File a Certificate Completion Form with the Graduate School
Although you may have already filed a Program of Study for your
primary degree, there is a separate Completion Form for the
certificate.

Prior to completion of the certificate, you will need to submit sample
work. The papers will be evaluated by the graduate faculty in the
program.
box Take a course outside of your home department
You must take at least one course outside of your home department
to complete the certificate.
