          The Don DeLillo Society (hereafter referred to as the DDS) has no official affiliation with Don DeLillo and nor does it in any way represent him. The DDS is not affiliated with Scribner, Viking, Penguin, Vintage, or any other entity that has published or is publishing the work of Don DeLillo.

          We hope that fans, scholars, and general readers will benefit from the website and from the exchange of ideas that the DDS seeks to promote. To that end, the DDS webpages quote selectively from DeLillo's works, in accord with "fair use." As per section 107 of the Copyright Act of 1976,
