As I write this, having just updated the links in time for the one-year anniversary, I am struck by the continued relevance of the page's title, which has remained unchanged since last year: "Relief: Helping Survivors of 11 Sept. 2001." -- P.N., 10 Sept. 2002 This page is © 2001-02 by Philip Nel, but (unlike the other pages on his site) he doesn't mind if people copy it.
