Classified Employee Rights & Responsibilities (CES 3.0)

If you are a classified employee of the State of Kansas and its agency, Kansas State University, you work within the state civil service system. That means that you are extended certain rights with corresponding responsibilities. For example, you have the right to work in a safe environment, free of threats or violence. It is your responsibility to report such behaviors - if you observe them - so that they may be addressed.

The presenters will review the above and other significant rights and responsibilities. Questions are welcome during and after the session.
