the over-all responsibility for purchasing decisions.
OVERVIEW
This seminar provides an overview of purchasing
fundamentals: guidelines, providers, bidding, research funds, workflow,
contracts and so on. It is also intended to provide a context for those
who work with purchasing on a regular basis.
