Preventing
Workplace Violence
Intended
Audience: K-State faculty, staff and student employees
Overview
The more graphic examples of workplace violence usually appear on the
evening news. But violence first exists in lighter shades and intensities.
According to K-State's Workplace Violence Policy, "Threats, threatening

Implementation of the above policy requres that each of us is familiar
with it and prepared to take the necessary steps.
