Working with Central Mail Services: Mail Preparation

This introductory session familiarizes employees with Central Mail and the variety of services that the unit provides. Learn why successful processing and quick delivery are dependent upon how departments prepare campus and off-campus mailings. Gain a better understanding of the following procedures and save your department time, money and frustration:

  • Addressing campus mail and outbound mail;
  • Selecting the appropriate envelope or package;
  • Understanding campus distribution;
  • Sending parcels or packages; and
  • Using other campus mail services.
