OVERVIEW LEARNING POINTS Following this session, you will be better able to: - apply the classified disciplinary action procedures for conduct/behavior issues; - use the classified performacne review system to deal with performance issues; - conduct the necessary feedback conversations with employees; - and also discussed will be the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), the substance abuse and workplace violence policies, and how each may be appropriately used to address work-related problems.
