LIFELINE
LIFELINE is a 24-hour, toll-free number you can call for help in dealing
with personal, family or financial problems. It is a free, voluntary and
completely confidential information service offered to State employees and
their families. When you call the number, a professional counselor will
listen to the problem and refer you to the appropriate resources available
in the community.
- Expanded Number of Visits: You can now receive 1-3 free visits
before activating your health insurance to see a counselor for longer-term
counseling.
- Law Phone: You can reach Law Phone for one telephone legal
consultation with an attorney and receive a 25% discount if you retain the
attorney for resolution of your issue.
- Elder Care Consultation and Referral: Talk with a Certified
Geriatric Care Manager for consultation and referral services for an aging
parent.
- Day Care Referrals: Call for referral services
