The American Express corporate credit card is available to University employees, with no annual fee. The State has made arrangements with American Express for the benefit of employees traveling on State business. However, there are no restrictions on who applies for these cards or if the cards are used for business or personal reasons (if each bill is paid in full upon receipt, as required). Upon separation from the University, the acount is closed and employees are required to turn their cards in to the Division of Human Resources. Information on benefits provided by these cards (travel accident insurance, emergency cash capability, foreign currency conversion, etc.) and applications are available from the Division of Human Resources.
