AZIAH MCNAMARA: Instructor
I was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. After secondary school, I begin my studies and training in TESL (Teaching of English as Second Language) in Malaysia and then England. I moved to Chicago, Illinois after graduation and started tutoring and teaching at Truman College. Soon after that, I became interested in the field of Linguistics which became my major when I went to graduate school. I moved to Kansas in July 2007. Whenever I am free, I like to read, try new recipes or play console games. I am also hoping to be able to start playing badminton or field hockey again. I love my job and I am looking forward to meeting and working with all the international students at K-State.
