My last name may be Italian but I am actually half French. After obtaining a degree in French, I was awarded an assistantship to work and study in France. I unexpectedly made the country my second home. Living and teaching in France’s Loire Valley made me all the more sensitive to cultural diversity. I enjoyed teaching English to learners of all ages in varied environments, from adult education for businessmen, Teachers’ Education, to developing programs for interpreters.

I have studied and done research at universities both in England and France. My hobbies are reading and walking. I also enjoy cooking French dishes and tasting vintage wines.
