ANN CARTER: Instructor

I began teaching in the ELP when it first started in 1986. I’ve seen a lot of changes and growth at work and at home since then. It’s great to see so many new students each semester and to see former students around campus. As for home, I adopted two daughters, one from China (Helen Ying) and one from Vietnam (Rose Xuan Hoa). In 2006 we moved to a little farm outside of Manhattan and now live there with three horses, one very large dog, and a variety of cats and kittens. I look forward to meeting you and I wish you great success in the ELP and at K-State.
