Mindy Anderson: Instructor
I grew up in Kansas on a farm a little over an hour away from Manhattan. During college I visited the Netherlands and fell in love with travelling and learning about different cultures. I have also spent time volunteering in Turkey, Lebanon, and Mexico. After spending time away from home, I came back to Kansas to complete a degree in Teaching English as a Second Language. I have many varied interests from painting, writing, and music to working on the farm with my family. I also enjoy being outdoors, exploring cities, and hanging out with my fiancé. I am excited to be in Manhattan and to work with the international students here! |
